Elan L. Burman, CFRE is a seasoned non-profit professional with diverse fundraising and management experience. He has held senior leadership positions with focus areas including planned giving, capital campaigns, annual campaigns, event planning, grant writing, and Major Gift solicitations serving non-profits on two continents. Additionally, his keen interest in technology, has seen him manage two Salesforce C.R.M. implementations. Elan says of his passion for fundraising, "I love developing deep and purposeful relationships with diverse individuals, and philanthropy feeds this joy. I welcome the opportunity to guide people as they express their values and vision through charitable giving, whether they are a novice or veteran philanthropist."
When he is not working, Elan enjoys volunteering his time in service of Berman Hebrew Academy in Rockville, Maryland where he is vice-president of the board and chair of the development committee. For relaxation he loves cooking, reading about current affairs, politics, pluralism, and the auto/ biographies of leaders.
He is a proud alumnus of the prestigious Wexner Field Fellowship initiative and holds the Certified Fund Raising Executive designation.
