Dr. Yossi Kastan brings over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, education, and leadership. He has served as Head of School at Brauser Maimonides Academy and Berman Hebrew Academy, and as the Director of the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. He currently serves as the Associate Head of School at Donna Klein Jewish Academy and the Founder and CEO of TAP Leadership Group. Yossi holds advanced degrees in education, including a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. He has completed leadership training at prestigious institutions like Harvard and Georgetown University, and received his fundraising training and certification from NYU. Yossi is a published researcher, an experienced presenter, a certified facilitator and an international leadership coach.

Yossi's favorite things include spending time with his wife, Kara, and their four children, as well as hiking, woodworking, or baking (and then delivering his baked goods to friends and neighbors to spread joy)!
