Hilary began her career as an educator in Stamford, CT. After earning her degree in Health Sciences and Psychology, she spent a decade within the Jewish education system before transitioning into the world of Jewish non-profit work. Driven by a desire to make a greater impact in her community and beyond, Hilary excelled in roles such as Marketing Team Lead and Social Media Coordinator for various Jewish organizations, as well as Associate Director of The Israel Heritage Foundation. In this capacity, she liaised with prominent Knesset members and coordinated fundraisers and galas with Israeli dignitaries and American politicians, significantly contributing to the organization's fundraising efforts.

Now back in Connecticut, Hilary resides with her husband and five children. She sits on the board of one of the largest synagogues in the state and dedicates much of her time to volunteering as chair of various committees aimed at embracing their growing community and ensuring the synagogue's financial stability
